GM’s Safe Kids Buckle-Up program has evolved throughout the years as it began with an emphasis on child safety seat assessments at GM dealerships across the nation. Since then, and 15 years later, it has become a multi-faceted program that looks at safety both in and around vehicles. Currently, more than 1.5 million car seats have been inspected for proper installation. On top of that, more than half-a-million car seats have been donated.
